In this romcom, Seokjin is a widower of three years who is struggling to move on. Elizabeth is a single Mom whose ex left her and their daughter for a younger woman and another family. When Seokjin and Elizabeth meet in the pick up line at their kid’s school romance blossoms. Through hilarious twists and turns they start to fall for one another. Can they overcome their past and find love once again?
Finding love...again.
When love is lost it is difficult to imagine finding it again, especially when raising middle schoolers. Seokjin is closed off; Elizabeth is shut down. When they meet at his sister’s wedding there is a spark neither of them can deny. They are further shocked when they meet again at the school’s pick-up line.
The story tackles the difficult task of overcoming grief and abandonment through tender moments and plenty of laughs. Both Seokjin and Elizabeth are handed hilarious and humbling moments that help them open up to one another and new ideas about themselves. Through these moments, and with the help of their kids, their walls start to come down. It is a story of family, faith, and that some pick-up lines really do lead to love.
